Works alongside
Keep Tradify. Tradechase does the follow-up.
Tradify runs your jobs. Tradechase makes sure nothing you sent goes cold: quotes, invoices, reviews and next year's service. Heads up: there's no integration. You log the details by hand, in about 20 seconds, on purpose.

How they fit together
- Quote and schedule in Tradify, as you do now Nothing changes about how you win and run jobs. Tradify stays your system of record.
- Log what you sent in Tradechase Customer, amount, what it was for, date. About 20 seconds per quote or invoice. Manual entry, not an import.
- Tradechase runs the follow-ups Quote gone quiet? It nudges the customer on your schedule, by email and SMS. Invoice due? It lines up the reminder and you send it with one tap. Job done? It asks for the Google review and books next year's service reminder.
Why there's no integration
Honestly: Tradechase is early, and a half-working sync is worse than none. "Works alongside" means you keep your tools and log the key details by hand. The upside is real: nothing to connect, no broken sync to debug, and nothing gets chased unless you chose to log it.
What Tradechase adds to a Tradify setup
Tradify includes its own quote and invoice reminders (checked on tradifyhq.com, July 2026), and if those cover you, great. Tradespeople add Tradechase for the follow-ups that come after:
- Review requests. A happy customer gets asked for a Google review while the job is fresh.
- Service reminders. Next year's boiler service, EICR or annual check gets booked back to you, not to whoever the customer finds next year.
- Every channel, your control. Follow-ups go by email, from your own address, and SMS. Payment reminders wait for your one-tap send.
- Everything you chase in one place. Including the quote you texted from the van and the invoice you wrote on paper. If you sent it, you can log it and chase it.
Common questions
Does Tradechase import or sync with Tradify?
No. There is no integration, import or sync. You log the quote or invoice details in Tradechase yourself, which takes about 20 seconds. That is a deliberate design choice: nothing to connect, nothing to break, and you decide exactly what gets chased.
Will my customers get double messages?
Only if you set reminders up in both apps. You control every follow-up in Tradechase: what sends, when, and to whom, and you can turn any of them off. Payment reminders in Tradechase never send without your one-tap approval.
Do I need to stop using Tradify?
No. Keep Tradify for quoting, job management and scheduling. Tradechase sits alongside it and handles the follow-ups that happen after you hit send: the quote nudge, the payment reminder, the review ask and next year’s service reminder.
Doesn’t Tradify already have quote and invoice reminders?
Yes. Tradify lists quote and invoice reminders on its plans (checked on tradifyhq.com, July 2026). What Tradechase adds is the rest of the follow-up: Google review requests, annual service reminders, SMS and email nudges you control per message, and one place to chase things you sent from any tool, or no tool at all.
