How it works

- Tradechase follows it up If the customer goes quiet, it sends a follow-up after a delay you set. For example 2 days, then 7. By email and SMS. You choose the wording or use a template.

Common questions
How soon should I follow up after sending a quote?
Check in within 24 to 48 hours to make sure the quote arrived, then again after about a week if you have heard nothing. Most tradespeople never send either message, which is why following up wins work. See our guide on how to follow up on a quote.
Will Tradechase message customers without me setting it up?
No. You set the schedule and the wording, and you can turn any follow-up off. Nothing sends that you did not set up.
Can I follow up on a quote I built in another app?
Yes. Log the customer, amount and date in about 20 seconds and Tradechase takes it from there. It does not connect to other apps; you enter the details yourself.
Does it follow up by text as well as email?
